Pitch Creator sponsored an award for a “Shark-Tank” Style Inter-Class Pitch Competition between sections of Introduction to Entrepreneurship in Education. The graduate level course culminates in a final presentation, “Entrepreneurial/Intrapreneurial Project Presentation”, where the students are able to showcase their own ideas for innovation.

Project Opportunity used Pitch Creator’s online Foundation Course in conjunction with an 8 week pitch preparation coaching program to help prepare six Project Opportunity program graduates for their second annual Business Pitch Competition. Fall 2021 Anne Arundel Community College Entrepreneur Studies Institute sponsored eight ESI 270 New Venture Planning course students use of Pitch Creator online course to help them prepare for the course final business pitch project. The course is taught by Brenda Dilts. Brenda uses Pitch Creator in other programs and believes the Pitch Creator curriculum helps students focus in on how to present their business ideas.
We have been working with the The Frederick County Chamber of Commerce for over 3 years. S.H.E. Pitch is a pitch competition for female CEOs – or “S.H.E.-EOs” – designed to give businesses both in the “idea stage” and “growth stage” cash prizes, publicity and networking opportunities. The entrepreneurs used Pitch Creator’s online Foundation Course combined with mentoring to prepare for the competition.
The Minority Innovation Weekend (MIW) Summer 2021 Pitch Competition and Innovation Marketplace was sponsored by Fearless Technologies and showcased tech-focused startups that have been launched by a founder of color or by founding teams that include a co-founder of color. MIW is part of the National Society of Black Engineers – Baltimore Metropolitan Area Chapter (NBSE-BMAC) Minority Innovation Entrepreneurship Program.

The 8 student entrepreneur finalists, and alumni finalists, will use Pitch Creator’s College Foundation Course in conjunction with coaching over an 8-week investor pitch preparation program.

Project Opportunity and Pitch Creator Form Educational Partnership. Project Opportunity provides free entrepreneur training for veterans, active duty, reservist and military spouses via training programs in cities throughout Maryland. Graduates of their program who qualify to participate, will use Pitch Creator’s online Foundation Course in conjunction with coaching during an 7-week pitch preparation program to prepare for their annual Business Pitch Competition on Jan 21, 2021 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
